Site Survey

If you need a communications network installed, upgraded or modified, we can meet your requirements. Before we can provide you with the solution you need, we need to know what you already have.

The first stage is a full survey of the site and existing equipment, whether hardware, cabling or software. Our expert technical staff are trained to perform a survey quickly, and with a minimum of disruption to your normal business processes.

A survey is a vital first step for our engineering staff when dealing with one of the following scenarios:

  • A new system installation
  • Major modification of a system Digitel didn't install.
  • Major changes to a existing system three years after installation or last major modification.
  • Relocation of a system to a new site or location.

Our Customer Service staff will arrange a site visit by our engineering team at a time and date convenient to you. On the day, our highly trained engineers will map and analyse your company's communications system and the physical layout of your office phones, computers and cabling.

Our engineers will use their knowledge and experience to work out how to make the required changes with the minimum of disruption to your business processes. If you have any special requests as to how you prefer things set up, they will be only too glad to accommodate you.

Site surveys are covered under the terms of our maintenance agreements, for all levels of Service. However, even if you're not covered by a contract, we can still provide our survey expertise for a nominal fee. You will still get the benefits of our teams expertise and focus on delivering the best possible options to our customers.
